A celebration of Country and Western music
Be taken on a journey through life, love and heartache. The Country Chicks is at
Norden Farm Centre for the Arts on Friday 19 January at 8pm. Tickets are £15.
The Country Chick’s show is set on Chickville Farm. The show is a celebration of
Country hits throughout the last 8 decades performed in their own unique style. With
4-part harmonies, earthy acoustic guitar, heartfelt fiddle, sparkly piano, bright
mandolin and of course the rhythm section (drums and bass), who drive the tempo
and keep the chicks in check!
As well as performing a bunch of Country hits, the chicks also have a few of their
own songs to enhance this original experience. The show will have you up clapping,
singing along, stomping and dancing in your seats!
This show includes BIG hits such as: Wagon Wheel, Man, I Feel Like a Woman, Ho
Hey, Before he Cheats, Country Roads, Cowboy, Take Me Away, Need You Now,
My Church, Tennessee Whiskey and Jolene to name a few!
The Country Chicks are a 6 piece Country girl band from the home counties.
A perfect night out – so grab your cowboy/girl hat and join us at the farm!
This is a standing/dancing event with some unallocated seating.
