Teles, also known as Boxteles, is an indie-rock band from Huddersfield, West Yorkshire, UK. The band was formed in 2018 and has been growing steadily since its inception. The members of the band include Tom Bedford (Lead Vocals/Rhythm Guitar), Ollie Harrison (Lead Guitar), Alex Richardson (Bass), and Oliver Perry (Drums).
Their music resonates with listeners on a personal level, dealing with topics that are close to the band’s heart. They have worked with Mike Spink (The 1975, Gaslight Anthem, Jake Bugg) in the studio in 2021 and 2022, which has helped evolve their sound. Their music now features heavier riffs, bigger hooks, and serious sentiments.
Their single ‘Harry & Bruce’ is a reflection of their classic sound, delving into childhood dreams and the harsh realities of life. As they head into 2023, they are eager to share their music, old and new, with everyone. They are currently accepting show bookings.
